Refund policy

At Dewva, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date you receive your order.

 

Returns are accepted if: the item is unused and in its original packaging, you contact us within 7 days of delivery, and the product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

 

Damaged or wrong item: we will arrange a free replacement — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

 

For hygiene reasons, used beauty/personal-care devices cannot be returned unless they are defective.

 

How to request a return or refund: message us on WhatsApp at 0311-0149068 or email dewva.store@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (with photos if damaged).

 

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer for COD orders.
